Adam helps leaders design real strategy and build organisations that deliver. With over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience, his work bridges strategic intent, organisational design, and human systems. He’s known for bringing clear thinking, grounded models, and just enough humour to keep complex work human and engaging.

Adam brings deep expertise in strategy, structure, systems-of-work, and leadership alignment. He’s worked across sectors including finance, education, legal, insurance, and not-for-profit—often engaged to support senior leaders through high-stakes organisational change. His approach blends consulting, facilitation, coaching, and education to support both structural transformation and leadership maturity.

His recent projects have included:

  • Strategy to Execution Design: Guided executive teams in crafting strategic manoeuvres and aligning roles, systems, and behaviours to deliver results.

  • Organisational Role Design: Delivered role clarity frameworks that reduced confusion, lifted accountability, and improved delivery.

  • Leadership Maturity Coaching: Certified provider of Leadership Maturity Framework feedback, supporting senior leaders navigating adaptive challenges.

  • Operating Model Reset: Supported redesigns of structure and systems for clearer direction, cross-functional collaboration, and improved performance.​

Adam is committed to helping leaders focus on what really matters—clarity of direction, fit-for-purpose design, and enabling people to do meaningful work. He believes real transformation starts with shared understanding and is sustained by alignment, design, and trust. He’s passionate about climate action, community engagement, and systems that serve the whole.

Adam was formerly part of the Executive at RAA, leading the turnaround of a struggling business into a strategic pillar through improved engagement, capability, and profit. He also led group strategy and major projects, introduced 10-year strategic planning, and built organisational acquisition capability. Earlier leadership roles saw him regenerate teams and outcomes in finance, insurance, education, and law—always with a focus on restoring morale and making systems work better.

Adam has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from University of Adelaide, Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice, University of South Australia. He is also Certified in Leadership Maturity Framework feedback (Institute for Developmental Coaching), and Convenor, AHRI Organisational Design & Development Network.
