What most businesses miss when trying to transform

Combining decades of research with C4AT’s real-world expertise in enterprise transformations, the ACI rapidly assesses the capabilities and hidden dynamics that determine executive team functioning and firm performance.
The ACI is the only assessment that provides a comprehensive view across the 12 subdimensions critical to developing adaptive capacity.
What is the ACI?
The ACI is diagnostic of an organisation’s adaptive capacity, effectiveness, and capability for business transformation.
It is a systemic approach to assess if the organisation is fit for purpose now, and able to respond to new challenges as they arise.
It provides a solid platform for executive collective sense-making, perspective coordination, and strategic alignment.
It enables the executive have the right conversations that may have been overlooked or avoided, close gaps, and make better decisions.
How does it work?
C4AT’s approach is grounded in theory, research, and our own considerable experience in guiding and observing multiple successful large-scale, longitudinal, organisational and leadership team programs of work.
First, the executive team completes an on-line survey targeting twelve dimensions of organisational effectiveness.
The resulting report synthesizes their quantitative and qualitative responses and integrates the team’s different perspectives on their own organisational effectiveness.
A three phase process delivers on-going value
1. Reveal

2. Align

3. Transform
